Description

“Sundown” is a Fine Art Print of Torquay pier at Torquay, Queensland, Australia

The pier which extends out onto the water bestowing tremendous views of the Hervey Bay. On a clear day, Fraser Island can also be seen in the distance.  For those with a keen eye, a lot of luck and patience, at the right time of year (July to November) you might just spot a Humpback Whales.  The pier also offers an excellent vantage point to watch the sail boats departing from, and returning to, the nearby sail club – possibly even whilst trying your hand at catching dinner from this popular fishing location.
